The Centreville Academy Parent Teacher Committee (PTC) is organized for the purpose of supporting the education of children at Centreville Academy by fostering relationships among the school, families, and teachers.
The PTC sponsors events throughout the school year for the enjoyment of our students and their families. So far this school year, the PTC has sponsored the Fall Festival, the Scholastic Book Fair, Pictures with Santa, and the Valentine’s Dance. We look forward to helping the school with this year’s Field Day.
The PTC also works to provide CA with additional funds, resources, and services which will enhance the educational, social, and overall experience of our students. The money made from PTC sponsored events and fundraisers is used to achieve this goal.
The PTC is made up of an executive board of officers which are Katie Boone-President, Kristin McNabb, Vice-President, Jenny McKey-Treasurer, Sarah Campbell-Secretary, and Renee Sullivan-Media Coordinator. The remaining members are our wonderful CA teachers and staff and YOU. The PTC and CA thrive when all those people who love and support our students get involved. We invite the families of our students to come join in on all of the fun!
The majority of our meetings are held on the second Monday of the month beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Elementary Computer Lab.
